Overview of our Summer Internship Program
An internship with Admiralty Harbour offers a unique opportunity to learn about the finance industry by working side-by-side with experienced industry professionals. At Admiralty Harbour, interns do not merely learn by observing; we involve our interns in real projects where they are expected to make meaningful contributions to what we do.
The program is designed to fully immerse you in the daily activities of one of our departments. You will receive department-specific training designed to prepare you for success in this challenging program. During your internship, you will be given real responsibilities and learn what our full-time employees do for us every day. At the end of the program, you will be expected to deliver a presentation to senior management on your experience, learning and feedback during your time at Admiralty Harbour.
In the past five years, we have hired interns with diverse backgrounds, including undergraduate and postgraduate students from Chinese University of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Columbia University, Cornell University, Harvard Business School, Lafayette College, London School of Economics and Political Science, Maryland University, Peking University, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, UC Berkeley, UC Irvine, University of Chicago Booth School of Business, University of Edinburgh, University of Hong Kong, University of Rochester and Wuhan University. The Summer Internship Program Arrangement
Openings for the 2024 Summer Internship Program are available in our departments of Capital Markets & Advisory, Asset Management and our Corporate Centre (Operations).
The program is designed to fully immerse you in the daily activities of one of our departments. You will receive department-specific training designed to prepare you for success in this challenging program.
At the end of the program, you will be expected to deliver a presentation to senior management on your experience, learning and feedback during your time at Admiralty Harbour. During your internship, you will be given real responsibilities and learn what our full-time employees do for us every day. Full-time positions may be offered at the end of the program.

Who Can Apply
The Summer Internship Program is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students. We are looking for candidates with an outstanding record of academic achievement in finance, accountancy, business management, mathematics and statistics and an interest in the financial markets. We will arrange training visa application for qualified overseas candidates.
