Our Capital Markets & Advisory (CMA) Department focuses on debt capital markets. We help clients to interact productively with the capital markets through full advisory and underwriting services in public offering, private financings, liability management and capital restructuring.
Our team of dedicated debt capital market professionals has an extensive experience in a broad range of debt financial products across various markets, giving us the tools to enable us to design optimal solutions for clients. Members of our team have successfully helped clients with offerings of offshore senior notes, convertible bonds, private loan financing, bond private placements, open market repurchases, tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations, restructuring through scheme of arrangement and a range of other transactions. We have established and are further enhancing our market influence through landmark DCM deals.

As a specialized debt capital market platform, we have built dedicated fixed income market analysis capability and communications channels covering major investors. We help clients accurately read the market to facilitate their decision making.

Our Asset Management (AM) Department provides professional fund management, discretionary account management and investment advisory services. Our flagship fund, the Admiralty Harbour Global Credit Opportunities Fund, is an absolute return US dollar fund that invests in global fixed income securities and aims to achieve above-market returns with limited volatility.
We aim to help our clients with their investment needs, achieve regional and global asset diversification, and capture strategic investment opportunities around the world. Our current investors include Chinese and regional corporates, insurance companies, family offices and high net worth individuals.
Our core competences are in global fixed income investment and managing credit portfolios. We strive to deliver results through our global focus, diligent research, and active portfolio management approach. Our team of senior investment professionals, with average industry experience of over 15 years, come from diverse backgrounds including global hedge funds, insurance companies and credit rating agencies.
